Gosforth Parish Council’s meeting which was scheduled for September 14th 2022 has been cancelled. All Parish Councils are required by law to give at least three clear days notice of a meeting. Section 243 of the Local Government Act 1972 excludes days of mourning from clear days calculation. Due to the period of national mourning, Gosforth Parish Council was unable to meet this requirement and has cancelled the meeting for this month.
